Choose from several US Postal Service options during checkout. Orders cannot be shipped COD. Shipping costs and fees will be adjusted upon checkout based on the destination of your order.
For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.
Note: for same-day shipping of expedited delivery methods (USPS Priority Mail), orders must be received before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time.
Orders received after that time will ship the following day, with the exception of orders received Friday, which will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays, which will be delayed an additional business day).
US POSTAL SERVICE
Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise selected, orders are shipped First Class Mail by US Postal Service. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 days depending on location and time of year.
Priority Delivery: Select this for faster delivery to your US address. Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location and USPS mail schedule, your order can arrive in as few as 3-4 days.
U.S. RETURN POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy. All return requests must be submitted to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Once we have sent you your return label, you have 7 more days to ship it back for the return to be valid.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 7-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) hygiene sticker removed from garment; (6) or damaged in any way. All tags and hygiene stickers must be fully attached at the time of return. Item must be returned with original bag and tag. Customer is responsible for a return restocking fee of $10, which will be deducted from the return.
Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
U.S. EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 14-day exchange policy. All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period; (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) hygiene sticker removed from garment; (6) or damaged in any way. All tags and hygiene stickers must be fully attached at the time of return. Item must be returned with original bag and tag. Customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed up to 10 days after receipt at our warehouse and will be issued in the same form as the initial payment. We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, which allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD (close of day).
The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Tagged Swim is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Tagged Swim does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Tagged Swim’s sole discretion.
If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To return or exchange your order, please email email@example.com with your Invoice Number.
Tagged Swim is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Please contact USPS regarding packages that have not been delivered.
